Product Information and Orders
Battery Guru sells compatible car key button batteries (CR1616, CR1620, CR1632, CR2016, CR2025, CR2032, CR2354, CR2450).
Product details, pricing, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Orders placed through ChatGPT Instant Checkout (where offered) are also subject to these Terms and our Shipping & Return Policy.

We currently ship within the United States using USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day of payment.
Shipping Times: Delivery times vary by carrier and destination but typically take 3–7 business days.
Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on carrier, weight, and delivery location.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.
Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
Return Window: You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for any reason.
Condition: Products may be returned whether sealed or opened, as long as the original product is included.
Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are not covered by Battery Guru and are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Request a Return: Use the Contact Us form on our website and include your Order ID to start a return or refund request.
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
No Restocking Fees: There are no return or restocking fees.
Warranty: All Battery Guru products include a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. For warranty claims, use the Contact Us form or email support@battery.guru.

All trademarks, text, graphics, logos, and other materials on our website are owned by Battery Guru or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties
