Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

We ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of payment.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on carrier and destination.

Most orders ship from our Tampa, Florida fulfillment center. Occasionally, trusted third-party logistics partners may be used.

Tracking details are emailed once your order ships. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Products may be returned sealed or opened, as long as the original product is included.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. To start a return, use the Contact Us form and include your Order ID, or email support@battery.guru.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. There are no restocking fees.

Warranty

All Battery Guru products include a 1-year guarantee against manufacturing defects.
