Battery Guru (“we,” “our,” or “us”), operated by Future Industries Corporation, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your personal information when you visit battery.guru, shop with us (including through ChatGPT shopping experiences where offered), or otherwise purchase our products.

Order Text Messages (SMS): If you check the optional SMS box at checkout, you consent to receive transactional text messages about that order only (for example confirmation, shipping, and delivery updates) at the phone number associated with the order. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number without checking the box does not enroll you in SMS.

If you opt in to order SMS, we share your phone number and message content with our messaging provider (Twilio) solely to send those transactional texts. We do not sell your personal information. Advertising partners listed in Section 5 may receive limited technical data (such as cookie identifiers, browser information, and page or purchase events) to measure and deliver ads. For purchases, we may also send hashed versions of contact details (such as email, name, or zip code) to advertising partners so they can measure ad effectiveness without receiving your full payment information.
